December 23rd, 2010 LIONHEART's upcoming album "Built On Struggle", being released on Mediaskare Records on 1/18/11. The album features guest appearances by Brandan Schippati (BLEEDING THROUGH), Karl Buechner (EARTH CRISIS), Dave Nassie (SUICIDAL TENDENCIES), Lord Ezec (SKARHEAD) and Bruce LaPage (100 DEMONS). Lionheart have established themselves over the past few years as a force in modern hardcore. Their previous album "The Will To Survive" was picked up by Mike Hood Of The Hoods and Jamey Jasta of HATEBREED to release through their own respective labels (West Coast Worldwide, Stillborn Records) in 2008. The band has been touring relentlessly with such artists as MADBALL, Sworn Enemy, AGNOSTIC FRONT, H20, LIVING SACRIFICE, WAR OF AGES, and SHAI HULUD. This January the band will join TERROR and FIRST BLOOD for a European run with more U.S. dates to follow.

The MasturbaTOUR is now in planning. Looks like it will be a 4-5 day Northeastern trek. Bands and dates to be announced early next year.
A new annual benefit show has been created, The Pulse of Life Fest. The goal of this event will be to raise money for heart disease. More details to come shortly regarding this.

October 11, 2010 FUND RAISER ANNOUNCEMENT! A friend of NRP's founder (Matt Darcy) has a friend that was recently diagnosed with leukemia. This friend has always be a rad dude, and the saying goes "why do bad things happen to good people"... He is fighting this dreadful disease and doing well. There is a walk setup in his honor, The Night the Light Walk happening this Thursday (10/14). For details about the walk, cause and how to donate visit their website.
To help raise funds, NRP is donating $5 from every shirt sold until the day before the walk. Please visit the secure online store and pick up a shirt.

October 5, 2010 NEW SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT! The Thrash Can show series is going to start a littler earlier on November 28th. Why? Because NRP is teaming up with Born of Fire, bringing Toxic Holocaust and Tombs to Boston. Allston to be exact, Great Scott (1222 Commonwealth Ave) Supporting these two Relapse Records bands are Razormaze, Skull Hammer, & Panzer Bastard. Check the show listing for complete details.

September 29th, 2010 NRP has been busy beefing up the media section and adding more media content in general. Some videos of Widow Sunday, Acaro, Ender, & Hell Within performing live at NRP shows have been posted and a new streaming audio feature being worked on. September 20, 2010 Rock Your Face Off Fest Nemecide, Hivesmasher, In Dying Arms [Matchless Records], and The Breathing Process [Siege Of Amida Records/Candlelight Records] have been added to the lineup to join Tight Rope and Sirens. A facebook page has been created for this show as well and a full website is to come soon.
NRP is also teaming up with Roaring Lion Energy Drink to give bands, concert goers, and fans that extra boost!
This December (Saturday the 4th) a new series of shows will kick off, "The Thrash Can". This show will consist of a solid line up of thrash bands, whether that be death thrash, epic thrash, prog thrash, thashcore, ... you get the point. August 30th, 2010 Planning of next years Rock Your Face Off Fest has begun. As of right now Tight Rope and Sirens are confirmed to play with a few others tentative. Vic Firth drumsticks will be sponsoring the show once again and taking place at Ralph's Diner in Worcester, MA on February 19th. This show is in celebration of 5 years of Nefarious Realm Productions.

July 30th, 2010 A slight change in direction will be taking place soon. NRP will be shifting concentration more into artist development and the distro than shows. A special roster of bands will be taken on and will work towards growing those bands and helping in regular band duties. Shows will also revolve around this roster as well. The NRP Distro is open to all and hopes to make this a big and a valuable resource to bands near and far. Indie labels, please get in touch to discuss arrangements to work together.

March 25, 2010 A lot is happening in the NRP camp.
First off... www.Moshography.com has launched. This is a division of NRP that concentrates on photography of bands performing live and providing promotional imagery.
Secondly... As you may have noticed, this website has gone through a make-over and has added a lot of content. Some new sections have been added, such as the "Band" and "Resources" pages. The "Band" page is the roster of bands that NRP sponsors while the "Resources" page offers great tools and information for bands.
Thirdly... Some big announcements will be made regarding shows and projects are on the way! Make sure you "fan" NRP on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.

November 30th, 2009 Where to start... NRP has been quite busy...
First off The Chaotic Consonance - Volume I release will be available in March. However, a downloadable version will be available soon.
Along with Volume I, new apparel will soon be added to the Merch Store as well. T-shirts, hoodies, girls cami-shirts, and girls booty shorts.
The Rock Your Face Off Fest is being planned. This show is in celebration of NRP's 4th birthday! It will be held at Ralph's Rock Diner in Worcester, MA on February 27th. Bands, sponsors, and vendors will be announced soon. (If you are interested in being a band, sponsor, or vendor please contact us)
Volume II of the Chaotic Consonance compilation series is being planned as well with a release date of June 15th. (Bands, once again, contact us if you are interested in being on it) Album artwork will be released within a couple months.

November 2nd, 2009 A lot is being worked on behind the scenes here at NRP. One new project being, a band of the week, which will have a feature spot included in the weekly email newsletter. So be sure to sign up and follow along.
Other projects include integrating a podcast or internet radio feature, more items in the merch store including magnet, more apparel, and some secret to be announced items.
Show are going on at a current rate of 1 per month and looking to do more at various venues. Along with that NRP is planning at least 2 HUGE shows. One being in February to celebrate 4 years of NRP and the other in late summer.

October 21st, 2009 The first release of the Chaotic Consonance compilation series will be release in November! The pre-sale is still going on to get the CD and a "got moshpits?" t-shirt.

September 29th, 2009 Due to economical difficulties, the Chaotic Consonance - Volume 1 release will have to be postponed, even though the release show is tomorrow. Every effort is being doubled to make up for the hardships to make the release happen.
Construction of a new Nefarious Realm Productions website is under way. It will give more insight about the company, increased dedication to specific topics, and include several features. Please excuse the appearance during this period.
